We strongly recommend booking your tickets online in advance.

All tickets are issued for a timed entry window, helping us manage guest numbers and provide the best possible experience.

Many evenings sell out before the event opens, particularly weekends and the nights leading up to Halloween.

Arriving at The Nightmare Realm

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your booked entry time.

This allows time for parking, ticket scanning and beginning your journey into Halloween Town.

Free on-site parking is available for all guests.

Please have your digital or printed tickets ready for scanning when you arrive.

Allow Plenty of Time

We recommend allowing at least two hours for your visit.

While many guests complete their journey within this time, there is no set pace.

Halloween Town has been designed to be explored. Hidden stories, unforgettable characters and unexpected encounters can be found throughout the world, so take your time and enjoy every moment.

Photography

Photography is encouraged throughout Halloween Town.

Capture memories with our performers and throughout the atmospheric streets.

To preserve the experience for every guest, photography and filming are not permitted inside Avery Hill Asylum, Sundown Manor or selected immersive experiences unless otherwise advised by staff.

Our Performers

Our actors are here to create an unforgettable experience. They may come close to you, speak with you and involve you in the story.

They will never intentionally touch you. Please extend them the same respect.

Touching performers, scenery or props is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Guest Behaviour

To ensure everyone enjoys their visit, we ask all guests to:

• Follow instructions from staff at all times.
• Respect fellow visitors.
• Respect our performers.
• Respect the immersive environments we have created.

Guests displaying abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.

Alcohol & Prohibited Items

The Nightmare Realm reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, replica weapons, laser pointers, flashlights and any item considered dangerous are strictly prohibited.

Halloween masks, full-face coverings and costume weapons are not permitted inside the event. Face paint is acceptable.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas where provided.

Accessibility

We want as many people as possible to experience The Nightmare Realm.

If you have accessibility requirements, require additional assistance or may be unable to wait for an extended period, please contact us before your visit.

We will do everything reasonably possible to accommodate your needs.

CCTV & Security

CCTV operates throughout the venue for the safety and security of our guests, performers and staff.

Security personnel are present throughout the event.

Weather

Parts of The Nightmare Realm take place outdoors.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking across a variety of surfaces.

The event will continue during most weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe to operate.
